What does AIS Technology manage in the cloud, and what does it cost?
AIS Technology manages Microsoft 365 and Azure end to end for businesses across Essex and London: migration, tenant configuration and hardening, identity and access, licensing, daily backups and day-to-day support. It is a Microsoft Silver Partner, and cloud management is included in the managed IT plan rather than sold as a separate product.
The plan is £12 per user per month plus £125 per month for each Microsoft 365 organisation, on a three-month rolling contract with a one-hour response SLA. Azure consumption is billed at cost, with no margin added, so what Microsoft charges is what appears on the invoice. A one-off migration into the cloud is scoped and quoted separately, then handed to the managed service.
