IT Support Pricing: Common Questions
How much does IT support from AIS Technology cost?
£35 per device per month, all-in, excluding VAT. A business with ten devices pays £350 a month. Microsoft 365 licensing is bought separately.
What is included in the £35 per device price?
An unlimited 24/7/365 service desk with a one-hour response SLA, 24/7 endpoint detection and response, identity and account protection, a dedicated Security Operations Centre, Microsoft 365 backup and recovery, and a Virtual IT Manager.
Are there different packages or tiers to choose from?
No. There is one managed IT plan and every client gets all of it. The only optional extra is the compliance portal, at £100 per organisation per month.
How long is the contract?
Three months, rolling. There is no long tie-in, and the compliance portal runs on the same terms.
Is Microsoft 365 licensing included?
No. Microsoft 365 licences are bought separately. AIS Technology manages the tenant, the licences and the backups as part of the plan, but the licence cost itself is not part of the £35.
What does the compliance portal add?
A compliance management platform on top of the technical guidance every plan already includes: a compliance health score, a risk register, policy and evidence storage, framework progress tracking and audit reporting you can share with clients. It costs £100 per organisation per month.
