What cybersecurity does AIS Technology include, and what costs extra?
Every AIS Technology managed IT client gets the Silver cybersecurity tier as standard, inside the £12 per user per month plan. Silver covers SentinelOne antivirus, endpoint and firewall hardening, automated patching, daily Microsoft 365 backups and staff awareness training, and every managed client is baselined to the Cyber Essentials standard.
The Gold tier adds round-the-clock endpoint detection and response and identity threat detection for £5 per user per month. A separate compliance add-on, at £200 per organisation per month, covers GDPR and FCA support, advanced reporting, client security questionnaires and mobile device security. All of it is delivered from the AIS Technology office in Wickford, Essex.

Prices are per month excluding VAT and sit on top of the £12 per user managed IT plan.
