AIS Technology provides seven IT services to small and medium businesses across Essex and London: IT support, managed IT, managed cloud, cybersecurity, IT consultancy, data migration, and web development. All of them are delivered by one team from our office in Wickford, Essex, rather than subcontracted out.
Managed IT is priced at £12 per user per month plus £125 per month for each Microsoft 365 organisation, on a three-month rolling contract with a one-hour response SLA. Project work such as a migration or an infrastructure audit is quoted separately. AIS Technology currently looks after IT for more than 600 users and is rated 4.7 out of 5 from 44 Trustpilot reviews.

Prices are per month excluding VAT, on a three-month rolling contract. Every plan carries a one-hour response SLA and daily Microsoft 365 backups.
